How secure is a prisoner?
Some people say they pay for a security service to monitor the alarms and electric fence surrounding their property and to detect and prevent intruders from entering. I say it should be called an insecurity service. It's only really secure when you don't need the alarms, the fences and the service! The danger in equating the situation with security is that when crime has been accomodated to the full extent, we will all be living in our 'homes', spelled 'p-r-i-s-o-n-s', with our alarms, barbed wire and high walls(completely 'safe') and the criminals will be free to roam the streets at whatever time they choose, free of suspicion and without fear of detection.
